Nebbiolo Langhe Samuele Bosco 2023

The Langhe Nebbiolo by Samuele Bosco is a Piedmontese red of good structure and refinement. The grapes come from 40-45 year old vineyards located in Priocca d’Alba at about 275 meters above sea level. The fermentation and submerged cap maceration with indigenous yeasts define a profile faithful to the variety, while the aging in cement and tonneau adds character without weighing down the sip. On the nose, floral notes of violet emerge accompanied by tea leaf aromas and fruity hints of cherry. On the palate, it shows good freshness, with a present but elegant tannic structure. Perfect paired with a warm tomino cheese with honey and hazelnuts.
