The Cococciola from Podere della Torre is born in Spoltore, among the fishing hills of Abruzzo, from an organic winery with 19th-century roots. This label enhances a rare and little-known indigenous grape variety, hand-picked from an old vineyard planted in 1988. The grapes are pressed whole cluster and ferment in steel with indigenous yeasts, then the bottle rests on the fine lees to find its balance. On the nose, it reveals white flowers and delicate spices, on the palate it is fresh, savory, and vibrant with mineral hints. Excellent with a fish brodetto alla pescarese
