Here, David and Nadia Sadie have converted a small estate acquired in 2014 to organic farming. Grown without irrigation on granite soils, it expresses the fresh and defined style that well represents the touch of the Sadies and the character of Swartland. On the nose, it reveals citrus, quince, and a hint of white flowers, while on the palate it flows tense and saline, with vibrant freshness and a mineral finish.
